This meeting supplied a good communication for Chinese and international experts in the field of microbiological analysis and manufactures of milk and milk products. Through this meeting, the international experts knew more about the microbiological analysis and methods of milk and milk products in China. The meeting also provided a good chance for Chinese expert to know the latest progress in above fields internationally. Through this meeting, AOAC China Section built a bridge among experts from international organizations, governments, competent authorities, universities, relevant testing agencies, instrument companies and dairy manufactures, which would help to make progress in developing more national analytical standards at the field ofmicrobiological analysis and detection techniques of milk and milk products, also bring benefits to consumers worldwide.
